PharmyQuick ensures the delivery of correct medicines and products in the right condition. We strongly recommend checking your items at the time of delivery.
Definition of Return
A return means returning a product ordered via PharmyQuick due to the following reasons:
- Incorrect product delivered
- Expired or near expiry product
- Damaged or tampered product
Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be in original packaging with tags and labels.
- Wrongly ordered products are not eligible for return.
- Partially used or opened products are non-returnable.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are non-returnable:
- Baby care products (Diapers, Wipes, Breast Pumps, etc.)
- Health supplements & drinks
- Healthcare devices & surgical items
- Sexual wellness products (Condoms, Lubricants, etc.)
Return Process
- Contact our support at PharmyQuick Support
- Our team will verify the claim within 72 business hours.
- If verified, we will arrange a return pickup.
- Refund will be processed within 30 days of pickup.
Medical Test Refund
- Refund applicable for prick injury or delayed reports.
- Raise a request within 72 hours of report collection.
Refund Process
- Wallet payments will be credited to the same wallet.
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
